    The microwave and the small hand held mixers, both food contact surfaces, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch.

    Observed boxes of single-service, single-use articles stored throughout the facility area directly on the floor, and not 6 inches above the floor.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    Ice cream scooper was stored in the handsink in the front prep area.
  • Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
    Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed slow draining water at the back hand sink in the prep room indicating a blockage.

    Hard to reach areas throughout the facility, corners, around equipment, under equipment and shelving, are not clean to sight and touch. Observed a lot of food debris and crumbs accumulated in these area. Facility has so much clutter in many areas making it difficult to properly clean.

    Food facility inspection indicates evidence of old rodent activity in the storage closet area. This closet needs to be cleaned up. There is a lot of clutter creating harborage conditions and several rodent like droppings were observed in this area.
