--There is an accumulation of soda syrup and grime in the soda gun holster at the bar. Standing water and mold were observed in the keg cooler at the bar. Clean and sanitize the soda gun holster and the cooler. Maintain the equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.

--Soap was not available at the hand washing sink in the men's restroom. Supply this sink with soap immediately and at all times.
Cleaning Ventilation Systems (46.981(d))
--The filters on the exhaust system over the cooking equipment were clean during this inspection, however the owner could not provide documentation stating when the exhaust system and ducts were last cleaned professionally. Contact your cleaning company and have them clean your system as soon as possible and then on a regular basis at least yearly. Have the company place a sticker on the hood stating the date of cleaning.
