--Observed samosas at 120 degrees F in the oven. These must be at 135 degrees F at all times. Manager stated that they were cooked this morning around 11. PIC turned the oven on to heat up to 135 degrees F.
Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
--Observed a big cart in front of the hand sink and there is an empty container in the hand sink. Hand sink must be accessible to the staff at all times and must only be used for hand washing. Staff moved the cart and container away from the hand sink.
