  • Design & Functionality of Warewashing Machines (46.591)
    --Dishwashing unit wash cycle is not operating properly according to Director Roman Ustayev. The unit has experienced various problems recently and the owners have plans to replace the dishwasher after the beginning of the year (2014). Existing temperature and pressure gauges were in disrepair. By March 31, 2013 have the unit replaced. New unit must be commercial grade and NSF approval is recommended. Forward a copy of the specification sheet to the Department for review. Currently, staff are manually cleaning dishware and utensil. Dishware is then sanitized using the dishwasher. At the time of inspection rinse temperature reached 190+ degrees F.
  • Certified Food Manager (CFM)
    --No Chester County Certified Food Manager. Director Roman Ustayev has recently completed ServSafe Coursework and passed with an 87 percent. Upon receiving your ServSafe Certificate you must apply for reciprocity. Forward a copy of your ServSafe Certificate to the Department. Include the facility name on your paperwork.

It is a long ride to Sarah Care but so far I have had good Rover drivers.
