    --Salsa and large blocks of cheese were not properly labeled. Cheese that is repackaged must be labeled with brand name to verify source of product. Salsa must be labeled with ingredients and production date.
  • Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
    --Cut melon was being stored at room temperature on the sales counter. Once cut, melons are considered potentially hazardous and must be kept at 41F or less. Packages were discarded.
