Food Shall Be Safe, Unadulterated & Honestly Presented (46.201) --One case of BBQ packets was observed sitting in the edge of the pooled backed up sewage water. Box was soaked through. The entire case was discarded. Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321) --Observed food stored directly on the floor rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required. Materials for Surfaces that are Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.522) --Noted the black coating on the shelving is chipping/peeling. Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714) --Grease/food/dirt residue present on kitchen equipment (i.e. fryers, hot hold units, tables, etc.). Disposal of Sewage and Non-sewage Liquid Waste (46.863) --Observed the wastewaster backing up onto the kitchen floor through the floor drains (even the ones that were previously plugged). Also, coming out of the drains outside along the building. FOOD PREPARATION WAS STILL GOING ON UPON THE BEGININNING OF THIS INSPECTION WITH STANDING WASTEWATER POOLED UP ON THE FLOORS. THE FACILITY WAS CLOSED IMMEDIATELY. THE PLUMBING COMPANY CAME DURING THE INSPECTION TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. AT THE END OF THIS INSPECTION, THE PLUMBERS STATED THAT THE DRAINS ARE ALL WORKING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. THE FLOORS WERE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING CLEANED AND SANTIZED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THIS INSPECTION. REOPENING IS PERMITTED TO OCCUR ONCE COMPLETED. 3 Pa.C.S.A Secs. 6501-6510 (FEC) --The food facility does not have an employee who has passed an accredited food safety manager's training class (i.e. Servsafe). Storing Clean Items (46.774) --Observed single-service, single-use articles stored directly on the floor, and not 6 inches above the floor. Corrected.	11/03/2014	Regular
