    Plu # 3514 deviled egg potato salad at deli w/ no ingredient identification available. The other items have ingredients that print out---however, the Deli Manager indicated this was not a normally stocked item & was sent as a featured item. No placard nor even the original container was available. Remaining portion was discarded.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    Observed a leak coming from the ceiling compressor in the Produce walk-in cooler. Water was just leaking onto the floor--stock had been moved aside, but no means for containing the water was iimplemented--a bucket was placed down during the inspection. Keep contained/away from food stock until repaired.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Equipment Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils (46.712)
    Noted knife/utensil scabbard w/ green overspray dye from the cake air brusher. Scabbard & knives/utensils were removed & washed, rinsed, & sanitized during the inspection.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. This pertains to the walk-in cooler fan screens (Produce & Deli).

    Observed buildup of dust & food items (cans, boxes, etc.) under all the Grocery Dept aisle shelving.

    Sealant sealing seam between wall and back of three bowl sink in deli prep area is discolored. Remove and reseal. Correct within 5 days.

I live by Mount Pleasant Walmart but I always shop at Connellsville Wal-Mart it's a very nice store lot better than Mount Pleasant
