--A food employee was observed touching ready to eat food items - with bare hands. Handle ready-to-eat food with utensils or gloved hands. Correct this practice immediately.
Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
--The following non-food contact surfaces require cleaning to remove food debris: the Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer, the Superior refrigerator, the shelving at the rear door and the shelf under the unused steam table. Clean all surfaces listed and maintain them in a clean condition.
