    --Noted a black residue build up on the water flow parts of the ice machine in the prep area. Ice machine was cleaned and sanitized, ice was disposed during this inspection. Corrected on site.

    --Noted a black dust build up on the ceiling of the walk in cooler around the cooling unit. Noted a grease and dust build up on the vent hood and filters in the prep area over the deep fryers.
