    --Food Employee observed changing tasks that may have contaminated hands without a proper handwash in-between. Observed an employee retrieving cheese from the walk in cooler while wearing gloves and touching the door an other non food contact surfaces. Then this employee started making wraps while wearing the same gloves.

    --Food employees observed making breakfast sandwiches, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers.
  • Storing Clean Items (46.774)
    --Observed single-service, single-use articles stored in basement area which were not in the original protective package.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --The handwash sink in the preparation area was blocked by a large push cart and not accessible at all times for employee use.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the kitchen area.
