--There is an under-counter refrigerator adjacent to the cooking line and a door hinge is broken. Replace the broken door hinge.

--Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed a leaking faucet at the three-bay sink in the sushi prep area. Repair the faucet so that it does not leak.

--The rear exit door located in the dish washing area of the food facility has a gap under the door and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Secure the gap under the door.

--Filters in the exhaust hood over the cooking line show an excess accumulation of grease. Clean the filters and maintain them in a clean condition.
