    --Fan guards and surrounding framework of the condenser unit within the walk-in cooler have thick build-up of dust. Clean as needed.

    --Various first aid medical supplies / medicines, such as a spray can of "Solarcaid", co-mingled with food supplies in kitchen. One (1) can of wasp spray stored in bar area. First aid supplies and wasp spray removed to separate storage, thank you. As discussed, the can of wasp spray not labeled by the manufacturer as approved for use in a food facility and may not be used inside.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Equipment Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils (46.712)
    --Interior panels of both microwave ovens (and exterior doors) and can opener blade have dried food splash / residue. Can opener removed for cleaning, microwave cleaning initiated during the inspection, thank you.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --All door seals on the three door reach-in beer cooler, in bar area, are damaged / loose hanging. Repair as needed.
