Please seek different Venue!!
A few months back my husband and I decided we wanted to have a big birthday party for my daughter. My mom passed away 2 months before and my daughter was having a rough time coping we decided we wanted to pick her spirits up by throwing a dance party for her we already had a dj in mind who came highly recommended from a few friends so we needed a venue I googled local Venues and came across nicasso fields in Harrison city. I grew up in pt and have never heard of it but I gave a call I spoke to a women owner we went over the standard information and it sounded great I told her I just wanted to speak it over with my husband and would give her a call back I spoke it over with my husband and we agreed it sounded like a good spot I called back later that evening and spoke to her husband Ralph he gave me a 5 minute lecture how he doesn't want to have kids party's in his venue that he was worried they'd ruin his newly remolded area and track mud threw it and so on but he said since his wife said it was okay that he needed to speak with her to see if the date was still available and the he or her would give me a call back later on that evening. He or she never called me back I figured he didn't want to have a child's birthday there but I did wait a week and still no call so I booked our party at another venue where contracts where signed a deposit was givin and several emails, phone calls and visits to discuss the party plan etc. so here we are 2 months later the party is this weekend and I get 3 voicmails in 1 day from Ralph nicasso saying that I had her party booked at his venue. I only listened to the first voicemail and immediately called him back and he didn't pick up I left a voice mail confused that I don't know why he tho we where having the party there that he never called me back 2 months ago to even discuss the date of the party. After I got off the phone I checked the other 2 voicemails from him which where extremely threatening and sarcastic. He said he knew people at my new venue and knew I was having the party there and that I screwed him over and he threatened me with "what goes around comes around" And that he told my new venue what kind of person I was. I was in shock confused why in the world did this man even think I was having a party there? So the next am I drove over to my new venue to speak with them about ralph nicasso and that i was disappointed that they told this insane man that i was having the party there and the date so I spoke with the manager I told her the story and played the voicemails for her she was completely shocked she said a man called he didn't leave his name or number but was asking about if they host kids party etc. he was pretending to throw a party to get info out of them and to see the date I was having my party was booked and they said they already had a child's party booked that day .. He called them back later and left a crazy voicemail for the manager saying that I had a party booked for him and that I canceled it and never paid him and they better make sure they get money from me!! She immediately knew this guy was crazy I signed a contract with my new venue I paid the deposit in full with them and we spoked weekly discussing the plans and I paid my balance in full. My husband at this point is furious that this man is calling local venues to see if I have a party there bad mouthing me and calling and threatening me personally!! so my husband called him to tell him to stop harrasing me as soon as he answer the phone and knew he was my husband he started mother f*cking him and calling him a piece of sh*t and for my husband to go to hell! My husband told him that this is crazy that we never had a party booked there and if he calls me one more time harrasing me that he was going to call the police so Ralph went to another rage continuing to mother f him and so on. my husband just hung up, he is insane and not worth listening to. I never had a party booked there I spoke to that man 1 time and he never called me back no details where never discussed about the party! Please spare yourself find a different venue on your special day you should not have to deal with this crazy man! my honest opinion he was trying to intimidate me into giving him money that he could threaten me and so on.
