    --Raw beef hamburger patties in the Pepsi cooler have an internal temp. of 46*F. to 48*F. The two cases of beef have been in this unit since yesterday. Items were discarded at this inspection. Reviewed with the PIC. Cold hold PHF at/below 41*F. Service person phoned at this time. Corrected.
  • Cooling, Heating, & Holding Capacities (46.611)
    --Ambient air temp. of the Pepsi cooler is approx. 46*F. Unit must maintain product temp. below 41*F. Service person was phoned at this time. Do not use this unit for PHF until it is repaired/replaced. PIC will phone this Agent with the temp. of this unit after correction have been completed.
