--Two cases of partially-frozen chicken were found thawing at room temperature. This is an unsafe method for thawing and risks the meat to contamination. INFORM/REMIND ALL FOOD HANDLERS TO ONLY USE SAFE METHODS FOR THAWING TODAY AND COMPLY EVERY DAY, NAMELY: a) in refrigeration of 41?F or lower, b) under cold, running water of 70?F or lower, or c) quick-thawed in the cooking process. ***The chicken was placed in the walk-in cooler during the inspection.***
