    --Lids off and product on the outside or leaking down containers of Central Market Classics Vanilla Bean, Caramel Caribou, Double Fudge Chunk and Bear Claw ice cream in the retail case. The ice cream was removed from retail sale.
  • Labeling (46.422)
    --Deli - a sign stating that preservatives are in the salads is not posted. A sign was printed and posted on the deli case.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Bagel - insulation exposed around the bottom of the vent pipe on the boiler.
  • Objective of Cleaning Food Contact Surfaces & Utensils (46.711(a))
    --Bakery - old food residue on utensils in the plastic bin on the prep table shelf. The utensils were cleaned in the dishwasher.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Food Court - Old food residue and grease on the machine that removes the grease from the fryers. The machine is on a hook on the wall adjacent to the hand wash sink in the prep area. *The cover on the over wrap table is burnt, ripped and stained.

    --Women's toilet room, in the Food Court dining area, is not provided with covered waste receptacles for sanitary napkins.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Bakery - Floor storage of pans, crates, baskets, boxes, etc. behind the proofer and oven. Product on the floor behind and around the dough machine and storage palette. Produce - dust on the ceiling vents in the produce case. White particle board, in front of the vents, is peeling and flaking. Pink scum on some nozzles above the produce and dirt/mold on the light covers in the case.
