--Mechanical dishwasher was not dosing adequate level of sanitizer. After some review, determined the chemical stock was not concentrated as new stock corrected this matter.

--There are shelves under the grill which have an accumulation of grease. The cover for the drive heads of the milk shake mixer had some dried residue.

--Kitchen is generally aged and worn in parts. There is a pan missing from the one grill, some rust on door frame to office, one microwave is missing caulking along edge, floor is worn in parts, etc.

--Mop was sitting in drain, not hanging to dry. Area around mop drain in need of cleaning. This was corrected during inspection.
