    --Wooden shelving and pallets were observed n the walk-in cooler. Raw wood is not permitted in walk-in coolers. Remove the raw wood from the walk-in cooler.

    --There is an accumulation of grease on the peanut roaster, on the hood at the peanut roaster and on the utility sink next to the peanut roaster. Clean the peanut roaster, the hood and the utility sink.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --There is an accumulation of grease and cardboard on the floor under the peanut roaster. Remove the cardboard and clean the floor.

    --There is a gap under the double receiving doors in the receiving/storage room. Install a door sweep at these doors to prevent rodent entry.
