Store raw ground beef above chicken and below all whole cuts of raw pork, beef and fish. Store all whole cuts of raw pork, beef and fish above all other raw meat.

--Food debris was observed on the slicer. Clean and sanitize the slicer in between each use. Disassemble, wash, rinse and sanitize the slicer at least once a day.
