--Noted facility was unable to provide ingredient and allergen information for baked good baked at location and sold in the bake shop.
Water Temperature & Pressure when Hot Water is Used for Sanitizing in Mechanical Warewashing (46.675(d)(e))
--The hot water used for sanitizing in the mechanical warewashing machine did not reach 180°F in the large and small dishwasher in the equipment was room. Incoming hot water to both machines was not hot enough due to boiler issues. Boiler was repaired and dishwasher were able to sanitize dishware at a temperature of >180*F. .

--Noted an old food build up on the blade and blade guard of the deli slicer in the grill area. Slicer was cleaned and sanitized during this inspection.
