    --Frozen condensation build-up observed on master containers of food products stored below the leaking condenser, noted below. Reviewed storage requirements with PIC.
  • Sanitizing Solution Testing Device Provided & Used (46.634 & 46.674(e))
    --Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration of Quaternary Ammonia. Obtain as needed.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Condensation is leaking and freezing through the air vent within the walk-in freezer from the above condenser unit onto products stored directly below. PIC stated this has been an ongoing issue with the defrost cycle, and is scheduled for maintenance to have the unit repaired.
