    --Observed one serving tong in the deli's hot hold unit stored with the handle in direct contact with ready to eat chicken wings. Utensil was removed to proper storing during the time of the inspection.
  • Date Marking of Ready-to-Eat Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(b))
    --Approximately five (5) half round hams, in retail display cold hold unit, had facility produced and applied labels with “sell by” or “use by” dates that differed from the original manufacturer's or processor's label that was provided on the packaging. All facility applied labels were marked with a "sell by" date of 3/3/14 and the original manufacturer's labels stated "sell by" or "use by" dates of 2/2/14, 2/19/14, and 3/2/14. All mislabeling products were removed from retail sale to be corrected by PIC.
