--Fresh Strawberry Cream Pies and Coconut Creme Pies stored at 53F-56°F, in the reach in cooler, rather than 41°F or below as required. Pies discarded during the inspection. Reach-in cooler was observed at 38F after thermomstat adjustment. Ensure that unit is operating at 41F or less when storing potentially hazardous foods.
