    --Old food residue on the can opener blade. The can opener was placed in the sink for cleaning. *Red paint on some ladels in the bin in the meat kitchen. The manager discarded the ladels. *Old food residue and dust on the french fry cutters on the wall by the service table. The manager stated that the cutters are no longer used
  • Quality of Water (46.804)
    --Current water test for coliform bacteria is not available. Fax a copy to the PA Dept. of Agriculture, Food Safety 570-836-6266 Attn: R. Kilanowski.
  • Availability, Capacity & Pressure of Water (46.805)
    --Hot water temperature is 103*f. Shall use water at 110*f or above for equipment cleaning. The temperature on the boiler was raised.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Lights are not shielded or shatter proof over the dish wash area in the meat kitchen. A cover was placed on the lights.
  • Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
    --The back door to the kitchen is open and not screened. The door was closed. The manager ordered a screen door. *There is a hole in the floor in the store room. A cover was placed over the hole.
