    --Scoop being stored directly on top of the ice machine (not a clean surface). Corrected.

    --Observed some food items stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required. Corrected.

    --Observed an accumulation of old rice and other debris on the floor at the hibachi stations.
