If you do not allow dogs into your establishment, it's required by law to have signs posted. However if it is a service dog, that is registered with papers of proof, There is not one thing that you can do about it unless it's an aggressive dog. The staff at this establishment were the most ignorant, rude persons that I have ever met in my life. like my 30 pound Tod , who is a corgi puppy, Was going to cause any more issues than wanting to greet everyone. If you want to start by making sure that your place is free of things that could be "offensive "or cause you customer loss, I would start with having a staff meeting and suggesting everyone should probably take a shower and change their clothes and probably clean the bathrooms and make sure there aren't drug deals going on in your parking lot anymore.
