    --The handwash sink in the rear deli area was blocked by large plastic container and not accessible at all times for employee use.

    --Observed the floor drain at the compactor to be filled with old spills and exceptionally dirty.

    --Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the deli/bakery entry area.
