The floor wall juncture by the fryers is not closed. Coping is falling off the wall. The corner of the coping in the entry way between the fryers and ice machine has a hole and needs to be closed up.

The bottom cover is missing on the frozen dessert machine. This is exposing the interior of the machine that is not a smooth and easily cleanable area. This area is a harborage area for pests and bacteria. Correct wihtin 30 days.

Observed water dripping onto the floor from a pipe in the wall at the walkin cooler. This is creating standing water in the hallway. Correct within 7 days.

Floors are not clean to sight in touch in hard to reach areas,(corners, under the desk, behind the ice machine, under the cook line/server line) Observed some food debris and a residue accumulated in hard to reach areas. Correct in 2 days.

Observed several small fly like insects throughout the facility. Correct immediately.

Observed a bottle of cleaner being stored on top of the ice machine.

*Tomatoes, sauces, sandwich meats were held at *50-55 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Food was moved to another cold holding unit. Food had only been in place for an hour.

Observed two small roach like insects under the serving counter on the front line. One insect crawled out into walkway, the other was seen in piles of wet food and trash. two or three dead roach like insects were observed in a cabinet on the front line.
