On-site inspection conducted in response to RFS 15-0477, which stated that complainant received "an undercooked ham and cheese breakfast sandwich." Discussed complaint with owner, who stated that the ham and egg for sandwiches is precooked and does not come in a raw state. Observed deli ham that is fully cooked and egg patty which is fully cooked. Establishment cooks ham sandwiches in convection oven to well above 165 degrees F. Continue to routinely check temperatures of potentially hazardous foods to ensure they have reached required temperatures. Recommend complaint be closed. SS.
