    Torn gasket on door of undercounter cooler at drive thru.
    Multi-use equipment and utensils shall be made and repaired with safe, non-toxic materials, including finishing materials that is corrosion resistant, non-absorbent, smooth, easily cleanable, and durable under conditions of normal use.  Repair or replace gasket.

    Papertowels stored under drain.

    Open milk in Delfield two door across from drive thru window not datemaked.  Establishment has been closed for one week, milk is most likely held past 7 days.
    All potentially hazardous foods must be date marked with a 7 day discard date after the first 24 hours of opening and must be discarded after said date.

    Turbo oven soiled with baked on foods.
    Clean turbo oven immediately.
