General Comments that relate to this Inspection Opening Inspection:Facility will be assigned a (risk level 2; Bakery Health Permit); facility is approved to operate with the following conditions:1) Install sanitary towel dispenser in restroom instead of leaving sanitary towels out.2) Complete base coving repairs in kichen; all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.3) NSF commercial refrigeration must be provided instead of home style refrigeration unit. This will be done immediately.
