General Comments that relate to this Inspection OBSERVATIONS- Ensure that all white powders not in their original labeled package are clearly labeled to prevent misuse - i.e. bulk sugar container.- Operator practicing good FIFO storage; hand washing sink stocked and operational; operators advised of no bare hand contact with direct to customers foods - employ the use of tongs and wax paper; refrigeration observed holding ambient temperatures within regulation (small reach-in 38F; large 2-door reachin 36F).
