I would not recommend this daycare. My daughter was going for almost a year and she has been through a lot here. My daughter is shy, and only wants to be with people she know so I knew it was going to be a struggle for me to have her be comfortable going to any daycare since it was her first time. My daughter broke her collar bone, I asked what happened the manager Kristy told me "I don't know I have to speak with the teachers and will call you back". When she called me back, she told me that my daughters two teachers were not there and didn't see anything, supposedly one of the teachers that was new said she turned and saw my daughter and another child fall down from the cylinder thing at the playground that they have outside. My daughter broke her collar bone at the moment when the other child fell on top her, I DID NOT GET A CALL WHEN THIS OCCURED only got a call that my daughter was just crying a lot and that her arm hurts!!! I took her immediately to ROC where I saw her collarbone was fractured. I was livid that their responses were I DONT KNOW! That is basically their response to almost EVERYTHING. They do not inform parents when their is something going around the school, which is not fair to find out your child gets the Hand Foot Mouth Disease or pink eyes or whatever goes around the school. My daughter got bit by one of the teachers kids and they said she never cried never heard her cry when it happen, and the bite mark was visible, huge and purple and never told me. I had to call, I only found out when my parents picked up my daughter and they brought her to my work to see the bite. The last straw was when I called around 2 to see how my daughter was doing, they told me that she was doing good, having a great day and was sleeping until I got a call from my mom and brother letting me know that my daughter was hit on the nose and was bleeding. I called back immediately after finding out, the managers daughter answered informed her what my mother and brother told me then once again said they didn't know what happen that they needed to ask the teachers. The teacher calls me tells me that supposedly it happen in the morning and they were outside and my daughter was playing with the slide and a kid went up to the teacher to tell her that my daughter was bleeding and that it was just a bloody booger that she probably picked her nose too hard or went to far up???? I'm sorry I'm her mom NEVER HAS THAT OCCURED!! SHE WAS NOT SICK OVER THE WEEKEND BESIDES THE PINK EYE THAT WAS GOING AROUND THEIR SCHOOL! SHE WAS NOT BLEEDING WHEN I DROPPED HER OFF, SHE IS NOT PRONE TO GETTING BLOODY BOOGER WHEN SHE PLAYS OUTSIDE!!! THEY JUST KEPT MAKING EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES! I see a lot of new kids and rarely the same ones, says a lot. AND THEY MOP THE FLOORS WITH BLEACH ATLEAST IT SMELLS LIKE THAT WHILE THE KIDS ARE SLEEPING!!! I WOULDN'T GIVE A START IT'D BE A FLAT ZERO!!!!
