320) Garbage enclosure area is dirty. Clean thoroughly to prevent vermin harboarge.Observed 6 couches and loose debris around dumpster enclosure. All solid waste must be disposed of within 7 days by Waste Managment. Do keep lids closed when dumpster is not in use to prevent vermin attraction. * Corrected on site.

Western Pest Control services facility monthly. No vermin observed at time of inspection.Facility has recently installed cold holding units. Reach in refer units noted at 38 F and reach in freezer units noted at 10 F. All food observed frozen.Dairy dates observed current. Whole raw shell eggs stored on bottom of cold holding unit. Grocery store does not sell any damaged food products. No chemicals stored next to food. Bathrooms observed clean and stocked. Employee restroom observed clean and organized.All food properly stored off ground and grocery store uses first in first out method of rotation. Reviewed with person in charge proper cold holding temperatures for perishable foods to be at temps. below 41 F. Do communicate to all staff proper cold holding temp. and corrective action when cold holding units fail.
