General Comments that relate to this Inspection The items noted on the previous inspection have been corrected.Ok to issue permit to operate.Noted hand sinks stocked and functional.Risk category 3 assigned. Facility requires one Certified Food Protection Manager on staff full time by 9/4/2013. Manager has recently completed an approved certification course and pending to receive the national and WCHD certificates by mail. Post and keep posted the WCHD CFPM certificate upon receipt.Clean and sanitize all work surfaces; food contact surfaces of equipment and utenslis prior to start of food prep activities.Plans to open on 7/5/2013.
