General Comments that relate to this Inspection Observed:Handsink clean and well stocked. ***Bar has a double basin sink. Label one side as "HAND WASHING ONLY" and use other basin as dump sink.Proper ice making and storage.Blenders cleaned and sanitized at Dos Geckos bar; sanitizer levels good.Procedure for pouring drinks and taking money good. Clean wash cloths readily available. ***Must provide sanitizer bucket to properly sanitize all customer contact areas and equipment.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.The following items must be corrected by 12/3/2015:1) Unclutter and clean thoroughly shelves inside cabinets at front and back of bar and inside double sink cabinet. Discard all loose straws and other single service items. 2) Keep hand paper towels roll sotred inside of dispenser. 3) Clean floor underneath of front bar cabinet and install cove base to seal bottom of cabinet to the floor.Risk category 1 assigned. No Certified Food Protection Manager required for this permit.
