Install covered trash cans in each of the unisex restrooms where missing (warehouse office and shop) for sanitary napkin disposal.

The floor in the repack area is covered with dried syrup and various debris. This area needs to be cleaned and maintained clean to prevent the attraction of prohibited pests.

OBSERVATIONS; REQUIREMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:- Reviewed treatment reports from PCO - Bonanza pest control. Treating once monthly. No significant activity noted or observed at the time of inspection.- Floors cleaned with a mechanical scrubber and by mop. Continue to ensure that the wastewater is properly disposed of into a sanitary sewer drain within the building.- Ensure that all chemicals are clearly labeled to prevent misuse (e.g. unlabeled spray bottle of what appears to be glass cleaner on the cleaning cart in the locked janitor closet).
