Observed dirt and grime builup in mens restrooms. Clean and maintain to ensure sanitary conditions. Observed paper towels not kept in dispenser. Keep paper towels in stock and in dispenser to ensure that towels can be grabbed one at a time without contaminating the rest of the roll.

Facility does not have problems with pests; but has regular service from a CPO.Frozen stock good; freezer @ -18F.Reach in cooler good- good storage practices for dairy; eggs on bottom. ****Put thermometer in reach-in next to dairy to ensure that dairy is kept at or below 41F.Facility has FIFO practices in effect. Customer shelves well organized; cleaned regularly.Discussed employee health policy.
