Noted some trash and spills and fallen drink cans on walk-in cooler floor under front shelving. Clean floor under shelving more frequently to keep clean. Employee will start cleaning of floor today.

Observed one 5oz. can of Princella brand cut sweet potatoes which was dented at the seam. Do not offer for sale product in cans which have been dented along the seams as the structural integrity of the can may be compromised. Voluntarily removed from sale - Corrected on site.

OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- Ensure that expired product is removed from sale and product rotated on a first in first out basis (e.g. 5-15.25oz. cans of Del Monte brand whole corn observed out of date (Sept. 2011). 3-15oz. cans of Princella brand cut sweet potatoes observed out of date (January 2012)) - Product was voluntarily removed from sale.- There are two overhead bulbs out in the walk-in cooler - Replace to ensure adequate light levels when stocking/cleaning.- All refrigeration unit temperatures observed within regulation (walk-in cooler at 38F; 3-door reach-in freezer at -20F).- Facility was clean and well organized. Soap and towels were stocked in the restroom and all plumbing fixtures were clean and operational.
