Notes:The following items must be corrected prior to permit approval:1) Remove all unnecessary articles such as any unused equipment not used for operation of business.2) Replace all missing floor tiles and repair all floor areas to be smooth; non-absorbent and easily cleanable.3) All holes in walls must be repaired.
