Observed food product stored on floor in back room. Ensure all food product is stored at least 6 inches off floor. Observed backroom to be very full of product. Highly recommend obtaining a racking system to ensure proper storage of food and better organization. Also; with current state of backroom; cleaning is much more difficult. It will also be more difficult to observe any pest issues. Continue to work on storage and organization
