320) Garbage enclosure area is dirty. Clean thoroughly to prevent vermin harboarge.Observed several bags of garbage including mark up/mark downs stored next to dumpster area. All garbage and trash must be discarded at a minimum once every 7 days to prevent vermin attraction and breeding. Facility shall have all garbage and trash removed from facility including wooden pallets stored in outside dumpster enclosure.

Observed break area dirty with debris and clutter. Facility shall remove all clutter not used in the operations of the business and chemicals from on top of the employee reefer to prevent possible cross contamination.

All use by dates current.Reviewed with operator to have all handsinks properly stocked at all times with HOT and COLD water; liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels AT ALL TIMES to promote good handwashing.The following are action items that need to be corrected by the end of the month:1) Replace broken ceiling tile in hallway of public restrooms.2) Store all single service articles such as plasitic and paper servingware 6 inches off ground in back storage room.
