    Bleach concentration in 3-comp sink measured below 50 ppm. Unable to locate test strips at this time (repeat violation). Sanitizer should be prepared at the beginning of each shift and changed as necessary. Provide test strips by the due date and maintain concentration between 50-100ppm. New sanitizer prepared at this time. Checked at 50 ppm.

    Observed no sanitizer test strips available. Must provide sanitizer test strips in order to verify that chlorine sanitizer maintains 50 - 100 ppm.

Handwashing observed - good.Discussed employee health. Ensure employees ill with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting and/or diarrhea) are excluded for at least 48 hours after symptoms stop.Facility doing smoothies only. Keep chlorine concentration at 100 ppm. Corrected on site.
