Observed pink mold growing on the contact plate in the ice machine; this is a repeat violation from last year. Contact said they clean the machine every three months. This machine needs to be cleaned and sanitized; it needs to be cleaned on a more routine basis to prevent mold growth. Recommend cleaning and sanitizing unit monthly.
