Thne items noted on the previous inspection conducted on 1/20/2015 have been corrected.Ok to issue permit to operate.Bar glass washer checked at 125 F and 100 ppm chlorine concentration.Noted bar hand sink stocked and functional.Owner will post "No Smoking" and alcohol warning signs before opening. Keep these signs posted as required.Plans to open 2/2/2015

The items noted on the previous inspection conducted 1/20/2015 have been corrected.Ok to issue permit to operate.Noted all hand sinks stocked and functional.All refrigerated equipment checked at below 40 F.Dish washer checked at 125 F and 100 ppm chlorine concentration.Risk category 3 assigned. One Certified Food Protection Manager is already on staff full time and assigned solely to this location. Facility is in compliance with CFPM requirement as of this day. Post and keep the WCHD CFPM's certificate posted.Plans to open 2/2/2015
