- [4] Presence of vermin; outer openings protected; no prohibited animals
Numerous old mice droppings were observed in the warehouse area. No chewed on food was observed; most likely the problem arises in the winter. Poison traps and tin cats are also present; however; old building manager that handled the issue left a month or so ago. All droppings must be cleaned up and monitoring traps put in place to assess the situation and activity levels. Weather stripping under door needs replacement to prevent access. **These violations must be corrected within 48 hours**.Longer term solutions must also be implemented; such as monitoring plan and sealing of all access points found.
