General Comments that relate to this Inspection Construction final - complete the followin/ Opening Inspection:*Will need WC - Health permit to operate (snackbar permit) to operate snackbar. Obtain Health permit & opening inspection will need to take place. Permit paid & obtained 6/17/ @ 1115am. Notes:Walk in cooler @ 40 f. Thermometer inside. Reach in cooler @ 40 f - tap lines & soda lines - ok. 3 comp sink - ok - Drains properly to floor sink; Floor sink installed properly. Handsink ok - Drain to floor sink. Ice machine - ok - Drain properly.Equipment - ok - stainless steel; floors ok. *Complete the following:Seal gap behind handsink where FRP trim end.Add FRP strip above 3 comp sink & handsink in back room.Paint exposed wood under water heater.*Will do reinspection Friday @ 11pm for minor construction work. **Will need CFPM on hand @ this facility w/in 60 days of todays date. Owner will need to attend 16 WC approved serve safe course. Once complete come to WC Health District apply for & receive WC Food managers card. Complete CFPM requirements by 8/17/14.
