Notes: No violations observed during inpection. Facility was very clean and organized.-Discussed hand washing policy and employee sick policy. Ensure employees sick with gastrointestinal symptoms ie. vomiting; diarrhea; jaundice; stay out of work at least 48 hours after symptoms have stopped.-Handsinks clean and stocked.-Restroom clean and stocked.-Mop sink clean and organized.-3 compartment sink clean. Not in use during inspection. -Reach in cooler at 36F. -Employee food stored on separate labeled shelf.-Reach in freezer 17F. All food frozen.-Hot holding temperatures good 144F. Hot dog 144F; Corn dog 142F.-Observed good food storage.-Observed good chemical storage.-Outside garbage stored properly.-PCO is Echo lab. They come once per month. No signs of pests of vermin.

Hot water still not functional in restroom. Ensure that handsink has hot water to ensure proper handwashing. Per Ricky; part to repair booster heater was set to be repaired 2/16. This has not occured. A reinspection fee of $71 is hearby assessed and will be billed to the permit holder.
