410) Store all personal items away from food; food preparation areas; and food contact surfaces; including dishware.Observed several personal food items and personal artifacts stored in walk in unit and in dry storage area.* This is a repeat violation from 2015.Discussed with operators to designate an area separate from food used in the operations of the business inside cold holding unit for employees to store their personal food. All personal food shall be labeled to prevent misuse.

Facility has not had employee(s) take and fail one of the recognized CFPM exams in the past year.There is 9 total certified food protection managers on the production floor. All administrative supervisors are alo certified. A total of 17 CFPM on site. Notes:NO food was observed being prepared or cooking at time of inspection. Handsinks properly stocked. -discussed shipping and receiving prodecures and refusal criteria with no issues noted.-dates checked ok - discussed first in; first out and recall procedures with no issues noted-food stored properly-walk ins at 38F and 39F (all product at 39F or below); freezers at 1F and 7F - all product frozen; units are electronically monitored-temperature logs in use-No raw proteins on site.-refrigerated trucks used for transport- thermometers available-dented cans are refused upon receipt or discarded if found later-dumpster ok-restrooms clean and stocked-regular pest control by Pest Master; no issues noted at time of inspection-employee health policy in place; discussed with no issues noted
