A carton of milk was stored in the drink ice at the back wait station. A severely dented can was observed next to wholesome cans in the can rack in the back kitchen area.
The facility was serving undercooked eggs without a consumer advisory.
An employee was observed dunking their hands in the sanitizer solution instead of washing their hands between handling dirty then clean dishes. An employee in the preparation area was observed donning gloves without first washing their hands. Employees were observed handling raw meat and then the meat walk-in refrigerator handle without first washing their hands.
Several potentially hazardous items on the buffet lines were less than 135�°F.
Several potentially hazardous items were held above 41�°F.
The front wait station dump sink did not have hot water.
The faucet under the buffet steam table was threaded and did not have a backflow device.
